Mr. Peter Lengewa is a Managing Director at Essence International Ltd. He also heads CBCC (Centre for Behaviour Change and Communication) a subsidiary of Essence International limited that specializes in health communication based in Nairobi. Peter has over 20 years’ experience in banking and microfinance and he has worked with a range of financial institutions at board and executive management level in different consulting assignment on strategy development, institutional structuring, organisation culture and product development.

Peter is currently a senior faculty at the international Boulder Microfinance Training Institute based at the ILO centre, in Turin, Italy, where he facilitates Strategic Planning, Financial Analysis and Delinquency Management for the last 15 years.
