George Muhinga is currently the Regional Finance Manager for C. Czarnikow Sugar E.A. Ltd. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Public Secretary. He also holds a Master of Business Administration in General Management from the University of the Free State, South Africa.

He is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) and the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya (ICPSK).

He has been a dedicated supporter of BTL and its mission before being invited to the Board in 2015.
