BTL to host the 15th Edition of Run for the Bibleless event

Run for the Bibleless which was first held in 2008 is an awareness creation and resource mobilization occasion held annually to generate funds to support Bible Translation, sustainable Literacy and Language Development among the small language groups in Kenya and the East African region.
The noble event shall for the first time be flagged off concurrently across four Counties in the country: Carnivore Grounds in Nairobi, Mama Ngina Waterfront in Mombasa, Nakuru High School in Nakuru, and Potters House in Eldoret Town.
The race which consists of a 10KM run and a 5KM walk will involve participants from different churches, schools, higher learning institutions, mission agencies, individuals, corporate organizations among other groups.
The physical run is resuming after the government lifted the Covid-19 restrictions following a decline in infection rate.
Registration is currently ongoing for KShs. 1,200 and KShs. 1,000 for adults and children respectively at the BTL Centres in Upper Hill and in Ruiru, at Keswick Bookshops at Bruce House (opposite Cardinal Otunga Plaza), Prestige Plaza Ngong Road, Sarit Centre, Scripture Union Bookshops in Hurlingham, Church House on Mfangano Street, BTL Eldoret Office at the Reformed Church and Praise Chapel Mathenge Road, Mvita in Mombasa.
This past year BTL completed the Pokomo Full Bible and launched the first Scripture portions in the Kabarasi and Sengwer languages.
