Currently overseeing the department that does fundraising, communication and church relations for the organization, Caroline has been involved in grant writing and communications in the NGO sector since 1998.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kenyatta University and a Master of Arts degree in Communication for Development from Daystar University.

She has done courses in proposal writing, events management, project and financial management, leadership and advocacy.
