Catherine Waisiko serves in the ministry of Bible Translation & Literacy (BTL) as the Human Resources Manager and oversees the functions of the Human Resource Department. The department is responsible for implementing BTL’s Philosophy of Personnel with key responsibilities in HR Planning, Recruitments, Member Care, Personnel Administration, Training and Development.

Catherine holds a Bachelors Degree in Education from Kenyatta University and a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management and Counseling from the Institute of Human Resource Management. Catherine Joined BTL in 2009, before joining the organization, she had worked as an Educator and an HR practitioner.
